SKY miniboxes are covered by a single multiscreen subscription - if the multiscreen sunscription is canceled all minis would need to be returned.
The subscription does not control individual mini boxes
Mini boxes, however, rely totally on the main box to be able to work .
There can be many reasons for mini boxes not working - one of which can be that Main box needs a reboot
