Do they send boxes to return 5 sky Q and a Broadband Router?

Do they send boxes to return 5 sky Q and a Broadband Router?

 

Broadband went yesterday and nothing left. 

 

In my charges for November, it states 

 

The following subscriptions have been added, you will be able to access content immediately or from the start of your next subscription period'

Returns Packaging on 13/11

Does that mean packaging and instructions are on their way? 

 

If so how long does it take for them to arrive and how long for them to confirm it's been received and that they are happy?

Not sure what you are asking.

Once you have received confirmation of your Q subscription being cancelled, Sky will send out return packaging approximately 30 days after your subscription ends. Provided you have had a request to return any Q devices you can use your own packaging if you haven’t received anything from Sky. Alternatively you can always ask Sky to send some more

If necessary you can print your own Royal Mail labels.
If you are using Royal Mail ensure that you keep proof of posting as the Sky return system handled by Unipart has delays and is not as reliable as would be desired. If you arrange for Royal Mail to collect it you will get a tracking reference which can be used to trace the package online.
Regardless of how they are being returned include your Account number and a Note with the returned items listing the contents of each and any package. Best option is to also take a photo of the contents once they are packed.

Your duplicate thread on the Broadband board has been removed as you've already got this one which has been replied to. 

If you’ve successfully cancelled Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of any cancellation period (which is 14 days for Broadband and 31 days for Sky Q) for any loaned equipment they are expecting back.

It's been more than 31 days for the Sky Q and nothing received. 

 

Broadband finished yesterday I can see a note saying packaging, hopefully the boxes for all of them come at once as I haven't got six boxes that will fit.

How did you cancel Sky Q? Did you receive an email from Sky confirming the cancellation?

Yes and they've switched the Sky Q off and broadband went off yesterday as the Virgin switch was completed.

Then the onus is on you to return the equipment- in your own boxes if necessary. You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.

Sorry I didn't answer the question. 

 

Telephone, and I had an email confirming both, but have not had any boxes or information on how to return. 

 

I've read the above message and seen the page on returns but I want them to send the boxes and return labels if they want the equipment back, although it's not very good and the interface is poor and clunky as Sky Q seems to be getting worse.

If you are not prepared to arrange you own boxes then you need to contact Sky directly @Bluebird19271.

Failure to return all Q equipment's will result in non return charges regardless of its condition.
