I had disneyplus set up on my Sky q as part of the ultimate tv and it was working fine however I have gone into it today and it is wanting me to l log in create account. When an access disneyplus begin it displays my email and sends me a code. Pop in code which then takes my to page asking me to set up payment I.e 5.99 with ads?
