Disneyplus on SkyQ - not activating?

Hi I have Disneyplus in my package but when I moved house, it stopped working.  If I click on either the activation link or go through the Disneyplus app, it keeps trying to get me to sign up directly to Disneyplus - even though I am already paying for it in my Sky package. 

 

Is there any way to reset my SkyQ box or the Disneyplus app so ut can re-start the activation process?and how can I check the email address for my Sky package is the same for my Disneyplus? Just to rule that out.

 

If it helps, Suzanna in Complaints tried to resolve this (but couldn't) and said the tech team would contact me as this is a known bug. That was 22nd April and still not had a call back.

Yes, I've tried this before. And spend hours over and over again, going through the same things. 

 

The issue is there is no way to "re-set" Sky's app to clear all links to Disneyplus so I can re-activate my Disneyplus (within my Mysky). Disney's app thinks I do NOT have it through Sky - even though I pay for it through Sky. 

 

I am in the chat and nobody is responding.
