It's not working for me either..blank screen after the trailers

Disney suggested uninstalling the app off sky, I don't think that's possible is it?

I've found a way round it, not ideal, but if you watch the program on another device, past the trailer and watch about a minute, then close it down. When you then watch it via sky, press continue and it works OK. Obviously the trailers are a problem.

Programs with no trailers work fine.
