If you are talking about Disney + it avavalble on the Disney + app in the app section of your sky box. Open the app and select " Get Disney +" and follow the in screen instructions to activate.
The only other Disney channel on sky is Disney+ movie channel in you have sky Cinema and is in the moves section of the tv guide. That requires no activation and viewable if you have a sky cinema subscription.
