Disney+

I recently added Disney+ to my subscription and it's active on a monthly rolling contract. The app worked for 1 month and won't now work. I logout and back in, reset the password but it says I don't have a active subscription. More than a bit annoying and trying to use the virtual assistant is really not working for me. Whatever happened to ringing Sky no matter what time of day it is and talking to someone.
