Who are you currently paying for Disney +?
If SKY then your bill should automatically reduce by the £5.99 Basic With ads Tier amoount
If Direct with Disney then when you follow the steps shown to transfer it will transfer you at your current tier (Is that Premium for you) and may for ask for payment details to be able to charge the upgrade cost which is £9 for Premium
If you want to downgrade then you may have transfer at the exiosting tier & then downgrade
If it is with another provider you will need to cancel with them
