Disney + stopped loading up

Just been given the basic Disney channel for free to my existing package, worked ok for a few weeks but now won't load up comes up with an error message.

1026-Auth_Service_Init_Failure 

I' ve googled  it and asked chat gpt and done anything that has been suggested but still can't get it to work.

Has anyone else had this type of issue
