Disney plus

Hi, one of my household has bought Disney plus, they are able to watch on their phone and have set it up on their sky q mini box, but when we try on main sky q box, we are not getting the option to add it. I used to have Disney on there from another account and I think it still remembers that one, so won't let us log in with new details

What happens when you try to start the app? Prettt sure you have to open it successfully to change the login.

You may have to try and login with your previous account then wait until sign in fails and select the sign out option
