Yes you can get it through SKY Marketplace
On your SKY Q box, you should be able to sign up via:
Home - My SKy - Upgrades & Accessories - Disney Tile
Note you may need to have set up a payment method for SKY Marketplace subscriptions via sky.com
BTW I don't think the costs are any cheaper than Direct with Disney + (Note he discounted annual subscription is not available via SKY)
