Disney+ on mini boxes

Hi I have sky q and have successfully set up Disney + on the main q box, but cannot seem to get either of my mini boxes to load. I have tried the get disney which tells me i have the free version but will not allow me to confirm my package.

Tried both login and get disney.

Login through my phone shows my account but will not log me in on the mini boxes.

any ideas?

I have niw resolved this with disney direct was an issue wigh my account.

Having the same problem- can't get Disney to function the mini boxes. It keeps asking me to confirm a subscription and then just throws me out?!! It's incredibly frustrating
