Disney + not working

Disney + keeps turning itself off on my Sky Q. Refreshed apps but didn’t help  Any advice how to fix this issue?!

Many thanks. I've followed some on line threads & advice and actually got it working again.

I also have the same issue with Disney plus disconnecting through Sky Q.

 

I've recently just had full fibre fitted so am surprised that this is happening.
