Disney + not working through Sky Q

I used to subscribe to Disney + separately, but have now signed up to it through Sky Q. I go to the app on Sky, enter my email address, receive an email with a number but when I enter this & press continue - it takes me back to the log in page & asks for my email again.

How do I make it work ?
