Disney+ going to a black screen

Hi,

when watching a film or tv series it will suddenly go black. Happens multiple times a day and it on films and series. We have done all of the checks we are meant to but it's still happening. 

anyone got some advise on how to stop it?

I've been through this with sky advisers and no resolution has been issued YET !!!! they just say problems has been fixed and they have issued the fix to sky employees boxes first to check its OK. 

So don't hold your breath waiting as this has been know about since at least the beginning of December.

We shouldn't have to wait this long for when paying for a premium service, especially paying over £100 a month . COME ON SKY WAKE UP AND HURRY UP WITH THE FIX
