Unfortunately I'm still having the same issues, login fine , profiles fine when play something keep get message something has gone wrong please try later, never had issues before ? Please SKY , give us a fix to this issue . The app works on all other devices except SKY Q

it hasn't worked for me on Sky Q, nothing seems to play Spider-Man , Deadpool /Wolverine, I can watch trailers , login fine and profiles are fine, content does not play and I get the message something went wrong, please try later.
software version has been updated to 09L

Unfortunately not able to watch Disney plus, have tried to refresh apps , update software to 09L
login is fine , profiles are listed but on trying to watch any programme get message sorry something went wrong please try again later.
is there anyone who can help fix this issue ?

I'm having the same problem. It plays a trailer, then the program just stops.
I've only just signed up to Disney, and was fine last week, but not yesterday or today
