Disney + cancalation

I have called to cancel disney + from my account days ago and it still hasn't been cancelled. How long does it normally take?

Assume you had Disney + by subscribing with Sky.

It could take up to 31 day to clear from your account depending on when you cancelled and your billing date

Yes I had the subscription through sky. They gave me a query number though as they couldn't cancel it over the phone nor can I do it on the tv.
