Disney Plus

I have a Disney plus account that has been deactivated for a while. When I activated my sky offer it didn't ask me for sign in credentials but it is now saying my account is linked. However I can't watch anything without restarting my Disney subscription and paying for it. 
don't know what's going on - any ideas?
