Disney+ Issue

Hi, hope someone can help or offer advice.

 

Have watched various films and series on disney + with no issues at all.

 

Yesterday, I started watching something (Devs) whilst in my car (Tesla). Thought it looked good, so only watched 15 minutes, thinking it would be better to watch with the family.

 

A few hours later, we started watching it through SKY Q and it froze after 1-2 minutes. Tried again, same issue.

 

Tried other Disney+ series and films, same issue. They play for 1-2 minutes then freeze. Interestingly, although both video and sound stop, the subtitles continue.

 

I have:

 

Turned the SKY Q box on and off again.

 

Updated the SKY Q to the latest software.

 

Made sure the hard drive isn't full

 

Checked that Netflix, Apple, Amazon don't have the same issue. They don't

 

Checked that the issue doesn't occur in the car or using the app on my phone. It doesn't.

 

Any suggestions?

Does your smart TV have on-board apps? Have you tried using them? They are often better quality than those on Sky Q boxes.
