Disney + Disaster
yesterday subscribed to Disney +....Today thought I would give it a go, as sky told me it would be up and running immediately.
refuses to accept the email address..The very same email address I have for sky.
sky are driving me crazy.
spoke to sky technical guy,...Usual go to settings put code in...Still doesn't work he has now told me to contact Disney as its Disneys app its just Sky's platform....
Hello Sky I'm paying you for this my contract is with you....

Hi @Sonia500 Have you followed the activation process https://www.sky.com/help/articles/disney-plus-sky-q
All Sky do is handle your billing, the App and use are controlled by Disney+ once activated.

@Sonia500 if you follow the link @MightyQuinn provided it should help you if you have not had a Disney+ account before you will need to create an account rather than just signing in
