Hello hope someone can offer advice I had linked me free discovery with sky but never watched it much but I tried to the other day but found that discovery had deactivated my account last year so took three chats with them to get a link to deactivate account then they said once you dont that phone sky and get to unlink your discovery from sky which I did but the advisor at at sky said it take three days but I tried myself home , my sky then app but nothing happens as it says it your while you have sky subscription.
i tried to log out of discovery app and back in but when I try to watch a show It says upgrade to watch using mobile or desktop browser then come back and select retry but none of that works so anyone has advice or able to help.
Thanks

Areyou sure that your Discovery plus was cancelled?
It is normal with Discovery plus that if you do use it for a period it will require you to visit and log on to the Discovery plus website to get a new activation code for your TV

Hi @Barry+25

The following is taken from the above link
Don't forget to activate your discovery+ account once you've signed up. You won't be able to log in to the app until you've done this, and might see a message asking you to upgrade your pass. Make sure you've followed all the instruction steps on our Subscribe to discovery+ article.
