Discovery plus won’t activate

Hello,

i have been logged out in the sky discovery plus app when logged back in it's telling me I need to log back in. 

I have logged in added the and get a message saying I have unlimited access. When I now try to watch something it says upgrade to watch - upgrade your pass using mobile phone or desktop. 

sky app says I have activated my discovery plus account. Iv used it many times and never been an issue before.
