After 3 months of trying to get Discovery plus working with the not so helpful sky call centre I give up!. Every time I try to use it it gives me a qr to scan & a code which works fine. I then get onto the app but every time I try to watch anything it says I need to upgrade? Called sky on numerous of occasions & no matter who I speak to they can't help. I've contacted Discovery plus directly & they told me it happens all the time with sky & it's an issue with them. Sky insist it's nothing to do with them!! After 15 years of loyalty to sky I've decided to leave. the first time I've looked at changing & after checking around I've found exactly the same package that I have at £50 a month less!! Currently paying £125 a month with sky & I can get everything the same but with better broadband for £75 a month!
