Discovery+ not recognising subscription

I have discovery plus free with sky and have previously activated it and set it up, watched it, etc. It's been a couple of months since I watched it and now Discovery+ (on my Sky Q and on my fire stick) is saying I need to subscribe. I checked with Sky and it is showing as subscribed and set up on my Sky account but I cannot access it on the TV. The only option box showing on my Sky account is to cancel it. What can I do?
