Discovery+ not recognising subscription

I have discovery plus free with sky and have previously activated it and set it up, watched it, etc. It's been a couple of months since I watched it and now Discovery+ (on my Sky Q and on my fire stick) is saying I need to subscribe. I checked with Sky and it is showing as subscribed and set up on my Sky account but I cannot access it on the TV. The only option box showing on my Sky account is to cancel it. What can I do?

Exactly

No answers why even though sky have set up a subject. They know about it but give no answer. Can not talk to a human!..Appalling service

@NoAnswer this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other. Not sure what you mean by  even though Sky have set up the subject. 

 

If you mean Sky have set up this topic they havent, the original poster @blackwatertrading set up the subject.

When you call Sky if you say nothing to bot then you should be put througfh to a human
