Discovery and keep asking to upgrade

Hello, I have seen the other threads on here and followed all the relevant steps to link account etc but I still am being asked to upgrade on discovery plus 

 

I subscribe to all sky channels and have tnt sports - but on my sky box doesn't give me the option to sign up via sky - I feel there is an issue with the discovery plus not recognising the offer from sky and linking to my account 

 

I have seen on the help guide there is an option to sign up through sky - however I don't have that option. I have these  options

any help please as I still get the message saying I need to upgrade my discovery package

First step is to subscribe through Sky Marketplace

Getting asked to upgrade your pass?

Don't forget to activate your discovery+ account once you've signed up. You won't be able to log in to the app until you've done this, and might see a message asking you to upgrade your pass. Make sure you've followed all the instruction steps on our Subscribe to discovery+ article.

Thank you for your swift reply, I have done this but it still says the same - I saw someone said they reset the whole account and it worked - how do I go about resetting ?

@Amair1 you would need to contact Sky/discovery to reset your account 

You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below

scroll down to need more help click on this and you will find a phone number. If you are in ROI please change the flag at the bottom right to the ROI flag

I tried this but don't have discovery plus on there
