Discovery Plus

Posted previously about this back in March and I'm still no closer to getting is resolved! I have a full Sky Q subscription, I should be able to get Discovery plus for free. I have had confirmation it's activated on Sky. I have scanned all the QR codes they have thrown at me, I have put in the code and signed into Discovery plus, however I get the below message:

 Not sure what else I can do. Sky and discovery plus have not been any help what so ever.

I can't understand if they have my email address that one of them just can't give me a code that I can put in to activate a full suntto get it working!

I missing Expedition Unknown!!!

Assume your first step was to subscribe through Sky Marketplace?

I'm just wondering if this was ever resolved, I'm currently stuck in the same loop but can't see any way to resolve it in the forum.

Sadly not I'm afraid. I ended up signing in uskng my Dads account
