Different Power Socket to previous Q box. So can't plug in.

why o why have they (sky) changed to Power Socket when the existing one is different.

Sky was a good company to work with be I fear it has gone downhill.

Get to talk to someone and not a robot is not possible.

Hi @Mart40   Unfortunately this is well known in the community, the advise has always been, make sure you keep the viewing card and swap the power lead with the box. It does mean another box swap as they don't just swap the power leads. I will escalate your post to the messaging team.

I presume you mean the power socket on the box that you put the mains lead in. Did your  replacement box not come with a mains lead? It should have done and would match the socket of replacement box. If you did not get one you need to contact Sky to sort itout if you ring and get the amotive service ( the robot)  just answer the questions and at the end of what ever they suggest, just ignore and then when it ask you it that all or words to that effect  say "no" and you will be put thoughto a human adviser.
