Delivery Of Sky Q Mini Box

Four weeks ago I negotiated a deal with Sky to  have Sky Q multiscreen with two additional mini boxes. The engineer arrived with Main box and one mini.  Having got in touch with Sky for the missing box has been arranged for delivery today. But for some unknown reason on the tracking Sky  have asked me to send a "faulty" box back when the courier gives me the new box. But there is no faulty box. Will the courier still give me the new box if I do not have the so called faulty box

Hi @Chas19 

Depends what instructions the courier has received.

If there has been a mix up at Sky's end and the courier has been instructed it's a box swop then he is unlikely to leave the box
