Delinking and Relinking Correct Netflix Account

Hey!

I've recently got the Sky Q box for the bedroom. I was paying above and beyond for all the options per month anyways and thought hey, let's save some wonga and integrate it all in one payment per month which makes it easier knowing every payment is on the same day per month.

anyways fabulous sky delivered the sky q mini box within 12 hours of me ordering it...

i got excited and didn't realise you had to have an account from Netflix that was the same email as your sky account so I just logged into my normal Netflix account, I'm an organised person, I have subscriptions go to one email address, bills to one, shopping to one, and general to one. So I have 5 email addresses 🤣

tonight I have noticed my Netflix on my phone is different to my TV and I was like eh? So I changed my email account on Netflix and updated that so it was sorted out but noticed that the payment method was still via my o2 bill.

what I need to do is unlink my sky from the old email account and relink it with the one I actually use...

I've noticed Disney+ has charged me £14.99 plus £9 to change it and link it to the TV. So I'm not impressed with that. I can send screenshots of these payments coming out my account... but I linked Disney+ correctly and even the lady over the phone said it looked like it was all done because I was confused over this.

not sure if I should phone but the last time I phoned it took an hour just to speak to the correct person 🥲
