Deleted shows query

Hello, just a question.  My wife deleted all my RECORDED sports shows/movies as she didn't think I wanted them anymore. They have also been deleted from the  DELETED folder .

Is there ANY WAY possible for  a SKY technician to restore the deleted material or put thr SKY box to previous date in time so that the deleted material can be recovered.? Thanks
