Deleted items not showing in managed

I accidentally deleted something I recorded and usually if that happens it's in the "manage" items and you can undelete it.

However, it is not there and I tested it by deleting something else and the same thing has happened. So basically none of my deleted shows are showing under "manage" What can I do to clear this please?

Also, I can't pause or rewind live TV, not sure if it's connected?

Hi @Grats1

Is the Deleted section in Manage completely empty?

Also

Have you tried rebooting your Q box?
To reboot press Standby on your Sky Q remote (if the box responds to the remote), and then switch off and unplug at the mains.
Wait at least 30 secs and then Plug back in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.
Wait for the on screen instructions to disappear and the front led to turn Amber. Then wait for 30 secs before you press Home on your Sky Q remote or if this is not working press the standby button on the front of the Q box (Amber led)

note: some features may take up to 5 minutes to return.

Re: Deleted items not showing in managed

Hiya yes the Deleted under Manage is totally empty

I have tried to reboot yes exactly as you describe (sorry should have added that!)

What I've also just realised is I can't play the recording either.... And being very dim have just noticed that they're all "technical fault" so recording failed....So actually the programme had not recorded!

I'm downloading the ones that failed and just testing a program recording now

Apologies I'm very tired so missed all that.. late night back from football all started this by deleting the game! Will close this off. Thanks for your help!

Hope you got it sorted.

As far as I know, if a recording was "failed" (for any reason - eg "powercut" I've had when my box was unplugged during the scheduled times of a recording) then deleting it doesn't add an entry to the list in Managed, as there is no recording which could be un-deleted. I think this is what you were saying you'd realised.
