Damaged sky Q box

My sky Q box has been damaged will i have to pay for a new one?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Helen-73 depends on how its been damaged ? 

I'd be very careful about saying it stopped working if its had some kind of damage done to it

The relevant sections of the Q contract are:

 

2. You are responsible for keeping loaned equipment in good condition and using it properly. Whilst Sky or another

company in the Sky group of companies remains the owner, you agree to:

 

(a) Not misuse, neglect or damage the loaned equipment;

 

 

3. You will be responsible for faults to loaned equipment caused by:

 

(a) Misuse or neglect of, or accidental or deliberate damage to the loaned equipment;

 

However, these days I suspect Sky has rather more Q hardware than Q subscribers.
