Re: Contract
Sky don't call you. You need to initiate contact.
If your discounts are ending the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Due to renew my contract not sure why I haven't received a call regarding this. Will someone be contacting me with regards to renewal or will I just carry on without a contract.
Sky are unlikely to contact you.
I don't like the phrase 'in contract' but you will continue with a contract with 31 days notice to leave but no discounts if you take no action.
