Content you have selected cannot be played on this device
I have downloaded Brassic on Sky Max and when I try to watch it I get a message saying "content you have selected is unable to be played on this device"
it's on my main Sky Q box I'm set to 2160p 8-bit. My account is showing I have ultra HD. Any ideas folk ?

Re: Content you have selected cannot be played on this device
hi @Diane+Cal
Is it possible that the version you have downloaded is UHD/HDR ?
HDR needs 10 bit 2160p to watch

Re: Content you have selected cannot be played on this device
hi @Diane+Cal
If it is the HDR version you have downloaded then you might have to delete it first
Then go to the list of episodes and go to th eone you want and scroll down you should an option called All Formats - Select this & then scroll down to the UHD version rather than the UHD/HDR version
