Constant lagging

When ever we try to watch anything on the apps mainly Disney we get about 30 second of watching then the blue circle of doom constantly! Then eventually the blue screen that says no internet connection. Checked on sky and says our connection is good . It is driving us mad especially when our son is in the middle

of watching Toy Story ! Any tips on what to do
