Just providing an image isn't much to go on. Did this happen during a storm? Are there perhaps trees affecting your dishes view of the satellite? It may be that you have to call Sky and arrange an engineer to check if the dish has moved out of alignment. This link may be useful https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
