Ok so been having this problem for months now, our sky Q mini boxes keep disconnecting and reconnecting every 10 seconds and it's doing our heads in. Reset all boxes, reset router and sky Q booster router still nothing. Phoned and got an engineer out he said it's the sky Q booster losing its connection to the main box so tried moving it about and it worked for about an hour now it's doing it again and I've had enough. Why for over a year it worked fine and now this, I want to know why I'm paying almost £100 a month for this when nothing gets fixed. I want to know what's gone wrong and to have the problem fixed, I've been a loyal customer for 30 years and now I'm getting this, no help !!!!
