We recently changed from sky to community fibre broadband, just for the faster speeds. Ever since then the sky boxes drop the signal, almost daily. No other devices are affected, so I'm assuming it's the sky q box? I'm not tech savvy enough to split my broadband between 2.4 and 5mhz, so is there any other way to get the connection stable?
