Connection issues
The last 3 nights I've had to reboot my main sky q box and 2small boxes in different rooms it was saying a connection problem. I'm also not able to get Netflix on the 2 small boxes

Have you re-started your internet router? Netflix comes via that

Still no Netflix on my 2 small boxes in the bedrooms but can get it on my main sky Q box

Hi @cecelia01
Try a Reset Settings in the main Q box hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.
Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.
Resetting the settings will also reset:
Audio visual settings, such as picture resolution and HDMI control
Settings changed within the hidden engineer menu, include LNB type. If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box.

Can someone phone me as I now have no tv on my main sky q box as the remote will notnoair with the tv after resetting it

Hi @cecelia01
The Qbox needs to be on with green led.
If the remote dos not switch the box on press the Standby button on the front right of the Q box (the Amber led).
Thn Carefully follow the instructions.
Try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
