Connecting Sky Mini Box?

Can you connect a Sky Mini box using a Cat5e cable via an unmanaged POE+ switch withouit damaging the mini box itself? my currect set-up uses a unmanaged switch and works fine but I have to re-route the cable.

Shouldn't be a problem: a Q Mini has no PoE capability so will just ignore the power coming over the ethernet cable.
