Connected but flashing on and iff

Hi we are new to sky, had trouble connecting ouch and it connected for one night. Next day it flashes on and and what can be seen is grainy. Is this WiFi or sky box. I've spent hours on webchat and phone with both companies, both claiming nothing is wrong I've reset and turned everything off znd on 30 times. I'm at wits end now. Any suggestions would greatly help. Thank you

@Conwayclan1234-  This doesn't sound like a Sky Q Satellite TV box issue, do you actually have Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
