Confirmation following on line chat

Hi, on Sat 4Nov I had an online chat with Ayan re cancelling Sky Cinema and downgrading my Sky Talk package. I haven't received any confirmation from Sky as to when it will effective from, is this how it works 🤷‍♀️

Easiest way is to call. You should receive an email confirmation a cancellation. As you already have a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150. You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum.

Sky Cinema cancellation will likely be the 31 day notice period. Sky Talk package changes are possibly from your next billing date. Check future bills to see if it's been applied.

If you didn't get email confirmation then I would assume the change has not been effected.

thank you for your advice, I did ring as suggested and as I suspected it hadn't been cancelled! All good now and bill reduced substantially 👍🏼 thanks again 🤗🤗
