Concerned department.??

Folks is there such a thing in the sky organisation as the " concerned team  " 

Or am I being fobbed off ??

This is an extract from a "chat" with a sky advisor yesterday. !!

@mdc4566  I think you're takiung the reply quite literally, they have advised they have passed your info onto the relevant team or the team concerned who will contact you.

 

Of course there is no such thing as a "Concerned Team"

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
