Communication

All I want to do is speak to someone, anyone about New sky mini box. There was a problem in my area with connectivity which has been resolved. I have multi room and one of my boxes needs replacing. I tried the other mini box i my bedroom and it worked. I therefore need a new box.

I've moved your post from the broadband board as it's Sky Q related. What's happening when you try to call Sky (apart from a queue)? 

If a reboot of the main Sky Q box - then the same with any mini boxes, doesn't resolve it you may be ableto replace a faulty mini box online via the  link
