Coming back to Sky

I was a Sky customer, left to go travelling for 9 months and want to install again in my new house.  Technically I am not a customer but am always prompted to enter my account details, as my email is obviously remembered on the system.  I then get an error message as there are no products shown.  I can't seem to get passed this and want to set up my new products for my move date.  Any ideas?

Re: Coming back to Sky

Thank you for your reply.

I am still abroad so dont yet have a UK mobile number . I've perhaps been too keen to get this set up for my move in date.

I think  you are right and I should phone.

Thank you.

Perhaps worth noting that's not long enough to qualify as a new customer, so the prominently advertised discount pricing probably won't apply.

But (not that I am bitter... 🤣), as you are requesting service at a new address, using a different email address should be sufficient to get new customer pricing.

Like I said. First comment. Actual answer... 😜
