Hi I have no picture only sound, I have pulled out the power cable for ten seconds and checked the HDMI cable and all seem fine

Try a box reboot which will be power off for at least 30 seconds, then power back on. When the blue 'Q' stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds before pressing the 🏠 button.
