Channels won’t work

A lot of my channels won't work saying there is a problem with our satellite signal

Hi @Muldoon+junior 

Switch the Q box off at the mains and check the the two dish cables going into the back of the Q box are secure and not loose.

 

Also check the line of site to the satellite from your fish and make sure no vegetation or tree growth is obscuring the signal

 

If the issue continues best to contact Sky for an Engineer.

@Muldoon+junior Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
