Channels not working?

BBC 1 nw not working ,the rest of country bbc working  on my box , itv not working +1 is . Skyspplhd working skyspmainevhd not. I have had sky 20+ year reset and so on . Rang up no one to speak toitsays no satellite signal oh yes there is.

It's possible to lose the signal on some channels while others are unaffected. The most likely cause is a fault with the dish. An engineer visit will be needed and you'll need to call again to arrange that.
