Channel myhem

I click on a channel then have to put in my pin code then it plays channel for about 5 mins then says technical fault try again later. It's doing this on every channel anyone know why

Tried that pal thanks still the same and there's no heavy clouds in my area

@Greeny17  Sky Q, where you have posted, receives live channels via satellite & broadband would not affect it, do you actually have Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's saying not connected to network I've punched in my password and tried pushing the button on side. It says connection to broadband router x connection to Internet x and keeps checking
