We have sky Q and the only channel that seems to pixelate and the audio clips. Carried out a soft reset on the Q itself. This happens both live TV and anything recorded. No trees, so clear line of sight, not adverse weather as East facing. Any ideas other than either a call in or engineer visit to check LNB etc?
